During the lock down, I tried to evolve my kitchen skills as much as I could. I did not only improve kitchen skills, but also I became a master using Zoom for my virtual cooking workshops. My husband was my cameraman with our tripod.
Workshops with Venture Cafe became routine since this last May. Spanish cooking workshop was the third one which scheduled in June 18, last Thursday. There were three food enthusiasts that prepared these dishes with me. At the end we drank and had the soup together.
We made the lighter version of Tinto de Verano, summer sparkling wine and Gazpacho soup from Andalucia.
