Global Seasons received splendid remarks from the speakers for our catering at StartDock, Rotterdam. We offered lentil balls, orange-braised celeriac salad and mung bean salad with pomegranate seeds. We finished with pumpkin as a low-calorie vegan dessert with homemade refreshing lemonade.
On November 30, 2019, Global Seasons organised the catering for 16 speakers at the Women of Truth Conference.
It was nice to meet and offer this to all of these powerful speakers who were able to enjoy their break with our feast.
