Summer Solstice Seasonal Grand Opening Picnic at Zuiderpark.

Our hidden gem Zuiderpark, Rotterdam (nearest metro Zuidplein), where we will lay our picnic blankets on a hopefully sunny day, will be our meeting point. We will take a scrumptious culinary journey with Japanese okonomiyaki pancakes, Turkish stuffed bell peppers, and an eggplant and pepper ragout.

About the Event

 Global Seasons is honored to welcome you to our seasonal grand opening on summer solstice day, June 21.

Our hidden gem Zuiderpark, Rotterdam (nearest metro Zuidplein), where we will lay our picnic blankets on a hopefully sunny day, will be our meeting point. We will take a scrumptious culinary journey with Japanese okonomiyaki pancakes, Turkish stuffed bell peppers, and an eggplant and pepper ragout dish.

We will be offering a vegetarian three-course meal at Zuiderpark:

1. Okonomiyaki pancakes (Japanese cabbage pancakes, cold picnic version) 2. Stuffed bell peppers braised in olive oil (dolma) - vegan 3. Eggplant and pepper ragout (şakşuka) - vegan

Whether you're coming with friends, family, colleagues or a fun date, a picnic with Global Seasons is an appetizing and atmospheric afternoon for everyone.

All you need are the following:

>your picnic blanket >your cutlery and plate >your drink of choice >your appetite

We will be hosting only a small group for this event at Zuiderpark. Therefore, tickets are limited. We will act in accordance with the corona guidelines of the Dutch government, sitting on the grass with at least 1.5m distance.
